Who We Are

Outside The Lines Academy was founded with a clear purpose: to provide structured football development and consistent mentorship for student-athletes during the most formative years of their growth.

From 4th grade through 8th grade, our program operates as a long-term development pipeline focused on preparation, discipline, and competitive readiness. We believe growth happens through consistency, accountability, and repetition — not shortcuts.

Our success is directly connected to the progress and development of the students we serve.

Youth development requires time. It requires trust. It requires structure.

OTL Academy operates on a five-year progression model:

• 4th Grade – Foundation Year
• 5th Grade – Transition Year
• 6th–8th Grade – Competitive Readiness

Each stage builds upon the previous one, reinforcing football fundamentals while developing discipline, focus, and leadership within a supervised training environment.

We are not a seasonal program. We are a structured progression.

WHY STRUCTURE MATTERS

In today’s environment, many students experience limited structured physical engagement outside of school hours. Without consistency, development becomes uneven.
